Stephanie Sims was very professional very patient and kind with an old elderly lady that had a hard time getting it all together. But she still stayed professional very hospitable. The other team members in the office were just as nice and courteous. They all worked well as a team. Thanks so much for all your help.

I am drowning in debt and my credit score is only 600. I had to use my car as collateral, had to up my insurance, but I was able to get 8.5k. Tanya was an amazing help answering all my questions like what if I miss a payment or run into a situation. I was told if I need to miss a payment they can work with me on it. The interest is really high but they assured me if I can make principle payments it will be fine. I actually got approved for less at first but some strings were pulled to get me more. If you are in a dire situation one main can help get you through it.
