I booked a partial balayage and cut with Susan last month and had seen her work online so knew to expect the high level of skill, but it wasn't until the session that I was able to experience her professionalism and communication. She was warm and lovely as she immediately assessed my color-treated hair (I honestly had no idea this was so obvious as I have Jersey Shore cast level black box dye blindness) and managed my expectations accordingly in light of this starting point. Haircut was expertly done, exactly as I had hoped for and described, and the salon's pricing and rates were fair.
