Our boys love Miss Pearl’s! They go once a week, every week for daycare and are so excited to get in the car to go! When we get there, they immediately go up to their caretakers/teachers/friends for snuggles. They love them and the staff love our boys! That means so much to this fur mama!
Wonderful staff. I boarded my cat for the first time ever. She is about 10. So I was very anxious when I called to inquire about it. Dixie answered all my questions and assured me about things I had not even thought of. We talked by email and phone. She was quick to respond to my emails. I was so at ease before dropping her off. I was further comforted when I sent a late night email on day 2 of her stay, which was answered immediately. Upon pickup 7 days later, they told me about her visit in detail. Our pups are always happy to see the staff, and you can tell they treat our dogs as if they were their own. We love the report cards with photo updates on how they're doing, and we look forward to our next visit! ☺️
