I am really upset that I have been charged to cancel this appt. I sent an Email 5 days ago because the mailbox is always full and wasn't familiar with the online cancelation or how to reach it. She does great work but definitely needs to have her clients be able to speak to her.

The phone always is no one answer. I make an appointment at 4th Oct. and has been canceled by center without any notification. They take my deposit away.
