Absolutely phenomenal service. From the first visit where they walk you through every part and price and variable of the process to the technician. Big kudos there as well, I saw great results even after my first treatment and when I went in for my second she made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure to check in and give my options through the whole thing. I cant say enough good things about not only the treatment and results but the staff!

I’m changing my review mainly because this office has had some staffing problems this year. I work during the week so I try to get all my areas in one appointment which I know can be really hard to fit in so I usually schedule ahead of time for a couple months to make sure I am getting as many treatments as possible before the summer hits because my skin tone will not let me get any laser during any month that I get a slight tan whether I try to stop it or not.
Maybe when I was a new client, they rolled out the red carpet. I’m not really sure but this year most of the appointments I scheduled had to be canceled or moved. I would get to the office and they wouldn’t tell me until I was in there that they change the appointment type from multiple areas to just one area.
You have to go so many weeks in between treatment and seeing as they were having issues, I originally went online and made appointments for different areas sporadically throughout the week just to make sure I was still getting treatment and they canceled those and told me it would be easier if I just put it all into one treatment and again that caused a time delay due to waiting for certain areas to be able to get treated again. Overall this has been a waste of money this year. I’m still paying monthly for services that I am unable to receive. I understand staffing issues happen and I really tried to be patient but I think my final straw is when they rescheduled my last appointment and I didn’t get any text or email confirmations and somehow missed that appointment. I know all payments are through a third-party lender however they should be offering discounts or find a way to pause the payments. At this point I am set to pay off this service this year and I have zero confidence that once I am not still paying monthly for the service that they will prioritize my appointment times. I think they schedule around new people coming in to get good reviews and once you’re an established client, I kind of feel like I am no longer a priority
Maybe this just is a one off and hopefully everything improves but in case anyone is considering, I just want them to have all the information of how they might be treated in the future

Phenomenal experience. The consultant listened to all of my questions and concerns and helped me get laser hair removal that was affordable and I got my first treatment within days. Lindsey did my treatment and was so knowledgeable and accommodating. This place is amazing!

Staff is amazing here even when they all switched out the replacement staff is still amazing! Very accommodating to their clients wishes and situations. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Normally my experiences at Milan Laser Pensacola are well, but this last visit was very subpar. Also, note each visit, I have a different provider, which isn't ideal. When I came in, I was the only person there to be seen, but the person on staff did not hear me come in. I could hear her in the back talking on the phone. Finally, she came out to treat me. During the session, I explained that the laser setting was very uncomfortable and that normally, the cooling air is on higher, which I prefer. With the laser setting being higher than normal, and me visibly and audibly in pain, Diana lasered very quickly, which with a high setting laser hitting the skin back to back, this is very uncomfortable, especially not having adequate cooling. I again told her of my uncomfort, but she only slowed down a little. Not even lowering the setting. Then afterwards, didn't even offer aloe vera, ice, or anything to assist with the heat. I'd recommend that providers listen and truly hear their customer's concern. From that session, I was left with burn marks on my body, which I had not experienced before at Milan Laser. To add, she did not even get all the spots in the session. I had to return for her to finish. She stated she did not see the hairs, which was definitely viewable to the naked eye and captured on camera. This occurred two weeks before my wedding and having burn marks on my body from laser, which could have been prevented if listened to was not something I thought would occur at Milan Laser.
