We were having a problem with our AC coils leaking. Called MD air and Griffin Cox arrived within 30 minutes of calling. He identified the leak and explained in terms we could understand what was needed to repair. He was honest and the cost to repair was fair. (We had an estimate from another company that was much higher for the same thing) Griffin had it repaired in a timely and professional manner. This company will always be the one we contact in the future. Thank you Mr. Cox!
Griffin Cox was the technician that came out to work on our unit. He was on time, explained everything in terms that were understandable to a person that doesn’t know about HVAC. He was polite and most of all he cleaned up after he was done. This was our first time using MD Air and will certainly use them again if needed. Price was reasonable for the area. Thank you MD Air.
