“My first impression of the Waxing Studio was so wonderful! I’m an RN who works 4 jobs, and it is usually so difficult for me to schedule ahead. I called to see if they had any immediate availability. Whitney was super patient on the phone, trying to find a time to accommodate me. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a time to fit my needs, but she was kind enough to put me on a cancellation list. Within an hour, Whitney called to offer a cancellation time. Again, I was unable to accept. I was later able to move my schedule around, called Whitney back, and she was so incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We were able to successfully set an appointment! While I was super embarrassed and felt guilty about all of the back and forth, Whitney never made me feel like I was a bother. She had the same kindness and patience with each interaction.My appointment was a great experience, too! Trish was patient and professional! She walked me through the process and never made me feel uncomfortable. She ensured I was comfortable with proceeding each step of the way. You can tell Trish cares about her clients and profession for all the rightreasons.The studio was clean and simple, but chicly decorated.
