Honestly this is exactly what I needed for prenatal exercise and care while simultaneously having childcare needs met. This is such an excellent business model - I wish more of these places existed around the country. Highly recommend to the mom needing a break from the kiddo and a good workout.

Obsessed with this place! The instructors and owners are super kind and welcoming and the vibes are on point! I attended their Sculpt and Self-Care event this weekend and was absolutely blown away by the workout, the music, the massage afterwards, and the derm juice. Such an amazing and empowering experience! I've tried other studios in the area and none have felt quite like Lovelock, I am sold and will absolutely be back!

Amelia at Lovelock is an absolute dream for massage therapy. I have had tons of professional massages in my life as I used to work out 6 days a week and it was an integral part of my wellness routine for 15 years and she is by far the best I’ve had in all this time. I received the 90 minute Lomi Lomi massage and I feel like a new person. Amelia is so intuitive, intentional, and present in her craft. The pressure was perfect, she was able to do some sort magic of doing deep tissue without it hurting! Um what! If you have been looking for your forever massage therapist, look no further! She’s the one!
