I didn't have an appt but was having a horrible case of hives. They were so sweet at the front desk, told me not to worry. The nurse and PA were also very accommodating. Dr Welch was awesome as well, didn't make me feel bad for not having an appt and giving him extra work. He treated me with concern and professionalism. It was really a great visit for being so miserable. This office truly cares about their patients.
