Ive been here 4 times and leave each time happier and happier. From pant legs, sleeves, even formal dresses they handle everything with care an attentive detail. They are so nice and I can feel the care they put in each time I wear my clothes. She is magic with a needle and thread.

Turned my dress whites to get patches sewn on and dry cleaned on a Friday, needed them finished before next Friday for an inspection they back with the legs and torso ironed but the zipper area and the shoulders of the jumper extremely wrinkly

Very nice lady! We had to get a patch put on son's navy uniform for his Graduation tomorrow. Thing is we're from Texas and know nothing about the area. So Google it was. This place was actually right across from our hotel (Comfort Inn) so we stopped there 1st. We needed this done by today at 8pm or he could not walk tomorrow. The ladies understood and helped us right away. Best 7$ ever spent! Awesome service and staff! Very Thankful for the welcoming help not found now days! Stop in if you need to and give them a try!

Bad time management (failed to meet promised date twice) - then put alphas on after finally delivered and were tailored incorrectly for a total wasted cost of $70

I had to take one of my junior Sailors there for a uniform update. She did it on the spot with a very small upcharge. I've dropped off my uniform there for 2 patches, and it was ready when I returned to pick it up. Service with a smile. I'll be stopping by again this week and sending another Sailor there this morning since she opens before the NEX. My only complaint... I work during her open hours, so I have to plan it around appts or other errands, but that's on me, not her.
