From start to finish Chris and the Hightower crew did exactly what they said they would do, and more. I was looking for a roofing contractor to give some advice on the my roof in PCB. Chris came out, did the inspection and provided spot on advice as to how to proceed. He interfaced/coordinated with insurance company as needed and was onsite regularly as the work was being done. Roof replacement is never a 'fun' experience but Chris and crew made it as painless as possible. I highly recommend Chris and HIghtower for roofing!
