I'm going to miss this place. Their location on 3101 W Michigan Ave, is permanently shut down. It would have been nice if they let their patients know that, that place has been there for over 30 yrs and a storm took them out and the owner of the building took too long to repair it.

Office managers are horrible! I am double covered with 2 insurance companies and this stupid office keeps sending me a bill saying insurance hasn't paid. Called insurance and they have zero claims . Office refuses to call insurance to figure it out! That's their damn job. Girl was very rude and unprofessional. If they want to get paid, pick up the phone and do your job! Never going there again. This has been going on for a year!!! Unacceptable
