In just 4 weeks with very little diet change & doing morning workouts at 5am; has cut me back 2% of body fat … including an inch off the mid section and half an inch off each leg. Full time working mom (12+ hours a day) with a toddler makes it hard to eat right & exercise. Which is why I need the early workouts & accountability to keep at it. The alarm sound is awful but I know I’ll feel worse if I don’t get up & go.

This is it! If you want to get strong, get conditioned, and actually have fun while doing it, this is the place. Coach Shaun is amazing. The workouts are always designed for you-no guesswork, just results. The boot camp classes have great variations, and the personalized training is fantastic. It’s a great group of people and an awesome atmosphere. I’m so glad I found Get Fit Fitness!

Has a great fitness bootcamp, daily circuits are well thought out and executed, and definitely provide results in 6 weeks if the program is followed. I have recommended to many and will continue to.

Get Fit Fitness is the perfect place to get a great workout and make new friends. The gym has everything you need to train every day, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. My 8 year old daughter had the pleasure of completing a 5 week boot camp class with Shaun. She loved working out, learning about weight training and how to have good form, and sportsmanship. Shaun was patient and made the process fun so she has a positive outlook on exercimg. The gym is always clean and smelling fresh. I highly recommend Get Fit Fitness. We look forward to taking more classes in the future.

I’ve been training with Shaun for about six weeks now (I’m a novice) and I can honestly say he’s one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever worked with. He was referred to me by a friend, and from day one, it’s been clear that Shaun is not only passionate about what he does, but also incredibly professional and focused on results.
What sets Shaun apart is his attention to detail, structure, and punctuality. He always starts on time and is already waiting and prepared when I arrive. Every session is planned in advance with all the equipment laid out and ready to go. He documents each workout, tracks my weigh-ins, and regularly takes measurements to monitor my progress. I really appreciate that he keeps such detailed records seeing the progress on paper helps keep me motivated.
As someone who values cleanliness, I’m also impressed with how he sanitizes equipment after each use. This means a lot to me as a self-proclaimed germaphobe! His space is always clean, organized, and welcoming, making it even easier to focus on my fitness goals.
One thing I deeply respect is Shaun’s professionalism, especially as a young female client. He is NOT one of those creepy male trainers who gawk at you or make you feel uncomfortable. Whether I’m doing stretches or any type of workout, he always maintains a respectful and healthy training environment. That level of respect and awareness means a lot to me and shows the kind of character he has.
What I love most is the ease of doing business with him. I just show up, and he takes care of the rest. The one-on-one attention is exactly what I need, because I am not the one to go to a membership gym on my own lol. No matter how many sessions you’ve had, Shaun keeps a close eye on your form and progress throughout.
Shaun’s dedication, organization, and tenacity don’t go unnoticed. He truly gives his all in every session, and that kind of consistency is rare. I honestly believe he could charge more for the level of quality and care he provides, yet he remains affordable, which is why I’ll always keep room for him in my budget.
In a world where so many business owners cut corners, lose interest, are lazy or make clients uncomfortable, Shaun is the complete opposite. He’s a standout professional and a perfect example of how business should be run. He is about his business and I can’t recommend him highly enough!
