I have just had a product rejuvenate placed in my home. Installers were great. Took a while to get what I wanted and it’s in. However, nowhere along the line was, I told the do’s and don’ts in the care process for this product. Trust me, there’s more don’ts than there are do’s. You can’t put mats down because of the potential it gives off a toxic smell /and possible chemical rxn after a while. The rubber and PVC backing to rugs and mats for the kitchen are not good or recommended as they will stain the floors. Had an issue with my flooring, but the manager took care of me and made sure all was well. The level of customer service with F2K is unparalleled this day and age. I much appreciate them for stand behind their word.

I have put down many floors and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with flooring. It doesn’t go together well and after 6 months of being put down, it is already separating! Never again!
