The review app won't let me add anything about today's service call by Curtis and I want to be sure the record of the company's excellent service continues. Curtis was prompt, professional and thorough. In the course of the day, I recommended EA to 3 people because EA has never failed to deliver what they promise, when they promised it would be delivered. It's Friday afternoon and, once, again, Express saved the day and the weekend. Keep up the excellent work.
Our AC went out last night. Called Express Air this morning and given an appointment for between 9-11 this morning. Our technician, Minh, phoned before arrival and arrived promptly at 0915. He explained our problems before doing any repairs and completed repairs in a timely, professional manner and cleaned up after repairs. Will definitely be using Express Air in the future and requesting Minh in particular. Thank you.
Randy came to get my mom house today ...we thought it wasn't cooling...he kindly explained what we needed to do...he checked on our unit to make sure everything was running properly...it was !! I highly recommend express air and please ask for Randy!! He's friendly..efficient & fair!! Highly recommend express air!!! Thank you Randy for always taking such great care of us!!! You are the BEST!!!
