The review app won't let me add anything about today's service call by Curtis and I want to be sure the record of the company's excellent service continues. Curtis was prompt, professional and thorough. In the course of the day, I recommended EA to 3 people because EA has never failed to deliver what they promise, when they promised it would be delivered. It's Friday afternoon and, once, again, Express saved the day and the weekend. Keep up the excellent work.
Johnny with Air Express presented a quote for a new lHvac unit. He 3xplained reasons for 2.5 ton unit. And followed through on his promises

The price was very cost effective and I would highly recommend this company
Randy came out after hours when air just stopped working and it was hot as hades in here before we realized it had quit working. He quickly diagnosed the problem, checked the whole system, and informed us of a maintenance plan that'll be a huge help to my sister when we return home.
I'm HIGHLY IMPRESSED with this company as well as the tech and I'm not easily impressed.
