I live in Navarre and would rather drive to this vet than any other near me. They have seen me through just basic things with my pets to putting my dog of 16 years to rest. I have had nothing but good or great experiences with this clinic. They are very good at communicating wait times, options for better health for your pet, and prices for medication or surgeries. I have not had a bad interaction with any of the staff. They are normally busy but I think that speaks for itself. I have not had a problem with appointment times and even walk in times (depending on what time you are there, which is with any business) are reasonable.
Excellent vets. We really like and trust Dr . Belk and Dr. Durr. Downside: VERY busy and long wait times, and their efficiency would be improved by using computerized records with back up rather than the time consuming index card medical records.
My 15 year old Dacshund was not having a bowel movement for 3 days and brought him to Scenic Hill Dr Beitler who did a complete exam. Dr Beitler correctly diagnosed and treated the problem as he had a bowel movement as soon as we got home. I would never of thought what caused the problem,but Dr Beitler experience definetly paid off. Doc explained everything from full blood panel to x-rays. This Vet has restored my faith in Vet care as I've had bad experiences in the past. Thanks so much 5 STARS!!!!!!!
