Staff handled my emergency with grace and compassion. Let me have my last movements with my baby before we let her go. Walked me through the cremation and had wonderful options to put her in. I know people gripe about cost, but you cannot put a price on the emotional and mental strain people experience when standing by you and comforting you while your dog passes. Vets and techs are all special souls. I would go to them again with any emergency for any animal of mine.
My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this place. At 6pm on a Friday night, we ran into a bit of an emergency situation with our 14 year old dog. We were met (on the phone and in person) with the kindest, most considerate staff ever. Loved on our girl and made us feel welcome and supported in every step of the way. This wasn’t our normal vet office but it is now. You can’t teach compassion and empathy. This staff is truly sincere and honest in all that they do. Thank you Davis Animal Hospital for all of your support, guidance and love during a difficult time for our family 🫶🏼

They calmed my cat before starting any exam by petting him, and consulted with me before proceeding to do anything. Provided clear explanation for care and prices without being forcibly which made me feel comfortable. They even followed up by phone… read full review
