I arrived home 12/23/2025 approx. 7pm, after grocery shopping, to a refrigerator making a loud noise. Upon checking, the freezer was warm. Panicked, I headed for the Internet. At my 3rd call I reached Don at Emerald Coast. I explaining the problem, sent photo and Don gave me several options - come tonite for $250 after hours fee or the following morning for half the cost. He explained if he came that night and needed a part that he possibly did not have, he’d have to come back in the morning with the part. Todd Sheppard arrived on time and was very knowledgeable on his craft as well as efficient. He explained the issue perfectly and is a great people person. I definitely recommended him to several friends the moment he left. Thank you so much and we will reach out if a problem ever occurs. It's hard to find trustworthy workers and he checked all boxes!!
