I highly recommend Elite Mechanical Systems for all your plumbing needs. And when I call I will be asking for Mike as my new plumber. Had a serious water heater leak that was installed 4 years ago by a different company. Mike arrived as schedule. Assessed the problems not only with the tank but also the installment of the connections to the water source that cause the tank to refill after it had been drained. Mike gave me a quote that was considerably lower than my company I was currently using. Turns out my unit was still under warranty which the prior company choose not to disclose. Hard working and efficient! Quick callback times and knowledge of the issues at hand was perfect. Friendly staff and call center. All questions were answered and a technician sent on route the same day. Highly recommended!
I recently had a complex sewer drain issue that my regular plumber could not figure out. I hired Elite to bring their drain camera. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and quickly fix the issue all in the one hour time slot fee for just the camera work. Elite was prompt, professional and went above and beyond. They are my new plumbing company.
