I contacted Elegant Lawncare & Maintenance regarding removal of leaves from my front lawn. Elijah responded promptly to my voicemail. He came out, accessed what I wanted done and gave me a very reasonable quote. Within two days after initial contact, he and his crew did an AMAZING job. They removed the heavy layers of leaves, grass thatch and did a beautiful edging job. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use again.

Elijah and his team had done a wonderful job on my yard, and put it right back in shape! They're very professional and reliable too. If you're looking for anyone to do your yard; I fully recommend him and his team!

I've counted on Elijah of Elegant to take care of my lawn for 4ish years now; he's always been reliable. This year, I needed a rather large tree removed that was quite close to my house. I wondered how much tree work he'd done, but he gave me a good price and explained what he intended as his process and proceeded to follow it free of any mishaps, so I'm quite satisfied as a customer!

BEWARE!! Elijah Dial “Willy” is not a good person and is a terrible business man. I hired Elijah to do some drainage pipe in my yard and replace a portion of my driveway that was cracked and to do my landscaping at my home. He was eager to start right away (first red flag) and gave me what I thought was a fair price on the job. He called me and told me what the cost would be and I expected a contract to be sent over by email bc he requested my email address, nothing was sent(second red flag). He came to start on my project on a Monday morning and immediately started tearing out my driveway with going over any plans drawing anything out or even knocking on my door to let me know he was starting. When he arrived he ran through my front and side lawn with his heavy duty truck pulling a huge skid steer on a trailer and busted about 12 sprinkler heads and rutting up my lawn (see photo, 3rd red flag). I immediately let him know that this was not acceptable and he apologized and threw some red dirt in the ruts and stated he would fix it. Then he ran the huge skid steer through parts of my yard that was not necessary, without using any kind of barrier (plywood). He completely destroyed my lawn. He asked me for 7,000 dollars (half of the cost of the job) to pay some of his men that helped tear out my driveway and against my better judgement, I gave it to him bc I felt stuck at this point bc my driveway had been torn out and I needed a new driveway. While “smoothing and preping” the area of my driveway he ran into my house, my garage door and my basketball goal with his machinery (see photos). At this point I was so distraught, losing sleep and worried sick about my property that was being totally destroyed minute by minute. I reached out to an old friend who was in the concrete business and asked him if this was “normal” he said absolutely not and proceeded to ask me how Elijah was planning on getting the concrete up my driveway to replace the area he tore out and I told him I would ask. He said “if that man tells you he is planning on pulling a concrete truck on your good existing driveway, you have hired an idiot and you need to ask him to leave your property bc that would do even more damage and crack your good part of your driveway. He should rent a Georgia buggy to carry the concrete up the drive.” The next morning Elijah shows up and I ask him point blank “what are your plans to get the concrete where it needs to be” he looks at me and says “oh we are going to pull the concrete truck down your driveway” and at this point I knew I had to ask him to leave bc he was planning to cause MORE destruction to my property and crack my perfectly good portion of my driveway. He left as asked but then reached out to me 3 days later when I asked him to return my money (I sent him a text requesting he return the money so we could repair the damage he had caused) and said he was sorry and he understood why I was mad, he would be mad too. He also told me he prayed about it in church and he is a man of his word and he planned on returning the money. I told him i understood he had people that were here working with him so I changed my request to just a portion of what I paid him so he could pay his workers. Our conversation ended by him saying he was “a man of his word” and he needed some time but he would get me the money. He has since, ignored my phone calls completely after leaving 2 voicemails, just requesting a date for his payment, not even the actual payment. I decided to call him from a different number to give him the benefit of the doubt (thinking well maybe he is in the hospital or going through something terrible) he answered immediately and started yelling at me saying he didn’t want to talk to me and thought I should APOLOGIZE for kicking him off of my property…. We are a young family with 4 children. We work hard for our money and we put our trust in Elijah but he completely took advantage of us and our trust. Just look at the pictures posted below, he also busted a water line while digging and completely covered it back up wit
