I called at 8:20am July 5th. Explained A/C problem. (As in none). The person that answered the phone gave me a couple of options for rates and response times. I was given a cost+ estimate which I was very happy with, and a response time of after 4pm same day. At 9:50 am, John P. called and said he was on the way through and if we were home, he could be here in 20-30 minutes. YES!
John P. arrived, diagnosed the 2 problems, (low refrigerant and plugged drain) ran the unit for 30 minutes to ensure everything was working properly. It was.
He was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. The bill was about $160 LESS THAN the estimated range! VERY highly recommended!

Codie came to fix a water leak on my AC system. He was great. So knowledgeable, about my system, neighbor's AC he had also worked on, what I would need going forward, etc, etc. He fixed my leak quickly, but the best part is I now have an expert I can trust and call.
