I feel violated and taken advantage of and forced to pay for an forced amount of Botox that I did not agree to. I did not get a Botox consultation I initially scheduled. I was marketed other services during that time instead. When I asked about the about the Botox and the amount I said "How much do you think I will need?" and Dr. V said "Let me see..." and immediately started injecting me. I felt like I was taken advantage of while in a vulnerable sitting-down position. There was no indication that the injections would be given. My forehead was not cleaned/ disinfected beforehand. There was no verbal indication the shots would be being given. There was no discussion of where the injections would be given nor an answer to how much would be given. It was never even stated what was in the injections. I was in shock afterwards when asked for payment. I attempted a discussion with the receptionist about the fact that I asked for an estimate of where the injections would be or how much would be injected. I am attempting to resolve the charges for my unsatisfactory visit Friday 11/15/2024. I would like a full refund before I report to the Florida Department of Health and the Food and Drug Administration. I feel violated and taken advantage of and forced to pay for that amount. I will start by filing a police report. I will take this all the way to small claims, or criminal court if I have to. This is a calculated, scheming way to do business and it is not right. No one should have to go through what I went through. Unsatisfactory results. Little to no change.

As a guy, most of us don't admit to any facial procedures, but a frown life doesn't look good on anyone. These ladies and Dr V are all so nice, made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Miranda is the bomb.com... she took her time, explained everything to me and made her suggestions. She asked me exactly what I hoped to achieve. And together we did ! The front desk staff & practice manager were awesome. The results were subtle, but definitely the outcome was what I was hoping for. Any men that are considering to reduce your wrinkles, this is definitely your spot to go.

In the Pensacola office you can get medical and cosmetic Botox injections for the wrinkles on your forehead and around your eyes and also to minimize the frequency of migraine headaches. I’m very happy with the results and will see Dr V again. The staff was very knowledgeable about the procedures. They were also helpful in calming me before my first procedure. Dr V also advised not to travel immediately after the Botox injections which had been a concern for me.
Dr. V’s botox expertise was evident during the careful injections. I’m thrilled with my smoother, more youthful appearance! The results appeared within days. I decided to try it for wrinkles around my eyes.
