Discovered Saturday evening we had had an overflow issue with our lift station. Great. No toilet, shower, dishwasher, etc. Called Downs Sunday morning and very friendly, professional young woman talked with me. She was going to have Jesse call us back to let us know what time he would arrive. He called within an hour and actually tried to help us troubleshoot over the phone. He gave great advice but we still needed him. He let us know it would be after lunch and would call on his way. He did exactly that and was here within the timeframe he quoted us. Downs Plumbing is a family owned business with deep roots in our community. They pay attention to detail every time and they are amazing with communicating through each job. They are here to develop relationships instead of just looking at us as $$$ signs! We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing or gas needs. 100 ⭐️’s out of 100!!!

I needed a new gas water heater and contacted Downs. The receptionist was very professional, asked for photos of the old one, and was able to set up a date and time window. I received the call the morning they were scheduled and within 30 minutes of the call, the techs arrived. They immediately went to work, removed the old water heater, upgraded the water and gas lines to meet todays code, and installed the new water heater. They were very professional and respectful the entire time. Downs Plumbing is now the only company I will use for plumbing needs.
