I’ve been a loyal customer of Cici at Cuts By Us for many years, and she’s always been wonderful. During my last visit, I was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. When a mother and child came in, one lady said she was taking a break and went out back, the gentleman who checked them in refused to cut the child’s hair, and another stylist left for the bathroom and then to Publix leaving Cici as the only stylist available. I felt embarrassed for the family and for the salon. Thankfully, Cici offered to help, but the situation reflected poorly on the team. I hope Cuts By Us ensures all customers are treated respectfully in the future.
I go here every 3 or so months to get my haircut and I've never really been disappointed. I always just pay for a regular haircut and everyone I've had so far has been great. And it's affordable. Ill also mention that my most recent visit was really nice. I got my hair cut by Michael for the first time and he really took his time with my hair and and styled it which I'm not used to. But I have to say I actually quite liked how it looked. I really appreciate when someone takes their time to do the best they can and I experienced that with Michael. I do recommend this place if you're looking for a quick, affordable haircut. I'm always satisfied walking out the door.
Michale Is the Only Reason We come to Cuts By Us! He is more than a stylist he is an artist. The proof is in the reviews of this location, most of the 5 star reviews are about Michael. Michale is a gem when it comes to finding a good stylist. I trust him with everyone in my family. He never let's us down and does an amazing job everytime. If you are looking for a good stylist and the perfect hair cut for anyone, i recommend you call and schedule an appointment with Michale. I wouldn't trust anyone else to cut my hair at a Cuts By Us, Period! Dude is amazing!
