They were very customer focused from start to finish. My designer, Kristy, was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get just what I wanted within my budget. The installer was friendly and professional and did a perfect job. It came out beautifully! They made it super easy to have a custom closet at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with the outcome and so glad I used the experts! I would definitely refer them. Thank you to the whole team.
I had a great experience with closets by design. Savannah was the initial contact, she came and designed the closet. She took her time and worked with me to design something that would help give me the most storage usage. She was patient and very friendly. A few weeks later, they came to install. James and Jesten were the installers. They talked with me through the process and as a couple things came up, they checked with me. When I saw the closet complete I was overwhelmed. It was so much better than I had ever imagined it would be. I will definitely use them again and ask for these specific employees as I felt they cared about my design!
They did a wonderful job on our bedroom closets and our laundry room! The installers were very nice and courteous. They even cleaned up after themselves! We would definitely use them again!
