Friendly greetings from the time I walked into the door, all through my exam and consultation, smiles and pleasantry continued all the way to checkout. The only issue is the wait time: I was seen 45 minutes AFTER my set appointment.

All check-in and check-out processes were conducted efficiently; the exam process was thorough and professional. Dr. Richardson was friendly as was the entire staff. The optical department staff was helpful even though my insurance does not cover this portion of the practice. There was an extensive selection of frames. I highly recommend this practice!

Excellent! I was very pleased with the staff and the professionalism of my scanner operator and the meeting I had after to go over my upcoming surgery. They really put my mind at ease.
