After being with this practice for over two years, Quite possibly the worst medical office experience I have ever had in Pensacola Florida. The providers do not care about the wellbeing of the patient. There's no access to office staff when you need something. No access for patients to make follow up visits for acute issues. It took 3 months for the office to file a referral the second time after it was never sent in the first place. After the specialist referral was not originally sent which led to an unnecessary overnight hospitalization. But they'll make sure they bill you for the poor services they rendered. It's unfortunate that this patient population does not have better options than this.
