What a wonderful experience! Prompt, professional, affordable. Can't get much better than that except for the genuine care and consideration from Ms Bonnie in the service dept They worked with my schedule and were just amazing. Now my house is cold one day and toasty the next thank to our tricky Florida weather. But now thanks to Boutwells Air Masters it can be either when I need it to be! A true pleasure to deal with from the beginning to end.Will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Josh our technician was great, professional, on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC. He answered our questions and fair pricing for what had to be done. They responded quickly to our call (arrived that day). If we have any other issues, we will for sure use their services again.
