This company has great installers. My roof was stripped and installed in two days total time. However, the issues are as follows: Hard to get information on schedule, Receptionist knows nothing, Nails were left laying around yard and driveway (yes, got a flat), when the refuse container was removed they did not clean up all the debris left behind, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they forgot to close the PERMIT with the county 5 months later I can't sell my house. Maybe I expect more from a company, but no complaints about the Roof, just clean up and lack of communication and not closing out the permit in a timely fashion, which we had to call them to close. Yes, I would use them again, but make sure they follow through on the clean up details.Services: Roof installation

SOOO UNPROFESSIONAL. Called them 9 times, spoke with receptionist, she told me she would have Mr. Bachelor call back. Never happened. Called again, same story. Never received any call backs. What a customer expects is at least a return call to say yes to perform work or no we a too busy. That would be the professional way to do business. This also tells me if they are too busy to make a return call then they are to busy to do warrant work. LOOK ELSEWHERE...

Stay away from this company! Its an act of congress to get this guy to return your calls. He does not have a cell phone where customers can call him directly which makes it difficult. The number rings to his secretary. He finally called back after several attempts and came to my home, accessed the roof, and promised to come back 2 days later. No call! No show! Its now going on 2 weeks. I don't normally write reviews, but this is very poor customer service and totally unacceptable!

Had roof installed. Took 8 days to get new roof. Have a leak that they tried to fix. Still leaking. Batchelors will not return calls or come back to perform repairs. Have called several times for 3 months. Very displeased. Going to have another company come out to repair roof and take Batchelors to court for repair bill.

I contacted Batchelor's Roofing after they did some work on a neighbor's home following a storm. My repair work was pretty simple, a limb fell onto my roof causing shingle damage and a very small hole. They repaired the damage in a very short amount of time. A few weeks passed and I noticed that I had a leak in the same spot that was repaired, I contacted Batchelor's and they came back out and ensured that the new work corrected the issue, I paid for a second time, hoping the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, more leaking has followed. I have left NUMEROUS messages with a very nice receptionist who has let me know that my messages were being given to the owner and that he would be in contact, I'm still waiting for that call 2 weeks later. Do yourself a favor, call someone else. I rarely write reviews, but this has gone unresolved for entirely to long.
