Considering how busy this facility is I have mostly positive things to say about this place such as, their quality of service, accessibility, and condition of the facility as a whole. However their hold times for all phone calls can be frustrating and their Music on Hold is combined with advertisements which is genuinely super annoying. I would greatly appreciate it if they would change the playback recording to something less annoying when you are on hold. Other than that and their long wait times, this is an excellent facility and I have a fantastic Primary Care Provider at this location.

felt calm and relaxed while waiting for the dr. pretty much was seen at my allotted time slot apt. friendly atmosphere and very professional workers who are extremely kind and helpful. not dreading my next spot if it is anything like this first one.

Dr. Hilary White and her Physicians Assistant Tobias Moreland treated me for tongue and throat Cancer. Both were caring and compassionate. They gave me honest information and options. I feel confident that I received the best care to treat my cancer. I would recommend them to my family. The entire staff at Baptist treated me with kindness and generosity. Thank you.
