The facility is noted for its quality of service and overall condition, although some have experienced long wait times and frustrating phone hold times with annoying music and advertisements. Despite these minor issues, patients look forward to returning due to the excellent care they receive and the friendly environment.

What a great staff at Baptist 9 Mile. Maria T and Briget R were especially good for drawing blood at the lab. Not only were they pleasant at 7:00am, but they were also so competent.
Maria Townsend was my lab tech today @ BMP 9 Mile and did an amazing job! She was very personable and getting my lab didn't even hurt at all. Best experience for a lab draw ever. Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding care.
