I had chest pains, went to sacred heart er. they paid close attention to what I was telling them, turns out I had a heart attack, they immediately admitted me. and took absolutely amazing care of me, the dr's, the staff, including house keeping and the ones who bring your trays of food, they all were so amazing! I can not express enough how wonderful all of these amazing people were taking care of me. I spent 4 days on floor 5. I had a stent put in, I left knowing everything I needed to know and do, not even a tiny bit of confusion, when I say these people, every single one of them were amazing, that is an understatement!! thank you sacred heart, you saved my life, gave me a whole new look on life, and gave me a new meaning to life, you all are amazing, absolutely amazing!!

I’ve been a patient since 1991 with Dr. Anita Westhafer. I was later picked up by Tonya Moore and I have been fairly pleased until today. I’m in need of a simple Z-Pak and called in to inquire about virtual or in office appointment and was told it was two weeks or more till I could be seen. Is this what our medical service has come to? No wonder the Emergency Rooms are so overwhelmed. You can’t get help no matter which direction you go 🤒

When I arrived to the ER by ambulance I sat on the stretcher for 40 minutes before they finally found a bed which was placed in front of the nurses station. I was in that bed in the aisle for 2 hours before they decided to admit me. I was rubbed with something I am allergic to which was clearly stated in my records and I also told the nurse my allergies and they put it on me anyways which caused me to break out in a rash which I had to ask my nurse for cream to treat it. I saw at least 4 different doctors for my conditions and only felt 2 of them actually cared. I even had one doctor say they did not feel comfortable giving me medication that worked for my condition and was being given to me while I was in the hospital so I left with nothing and still in pain. The positives of my stay were my nurses specifically Mandi, Ana and Adam on the neuro floor. They did an amazing job taking care of me and if I needed something they made sure I got it. Tony also did a wonderful job when drawing my blood. He was the only person who had no issues finding my veins and only had to stick me once. Due to having too many negative experiences I would not recommend Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola

I just had a procedure done this past Wednesday. Everyone I met from check in to checking out was absolutely amazing. Each was very professional and nice. They knew their job and did it well. Dr Dobhan is always great. I highly recommend him and Sacred Heart.

Absolute joke for scheduling. Online scheduling doesn’t work. My doctor moved out of the area and I got zero from them about it. They didn’t even cancel my appointment. So that was a surprise. You can’t talk to an actual office. Doesn’t give you much confidence that anything else is run well for them. Avoid at all costs.

The numerous staff that took care of me during a life threatening emergency are indescribable. Each one of them is extremely dedicated, professional and qualified. After they brought me back to life, their follow up care was outstanding. My family was treated like royalty and I was made to feel like I was the only patient in ICU. I couldn't write a story that would be able to accurately express my love and gratitude to all those responsible for saving my life and returning me to my family alive and well. Thank you Sacred Heart. May God bless you each and every one. I love you all and will forever be grateful.
