Called and was able to get my guy Hank seen same day. Everyone was so kind and I am so thankful of the staff!

The service was quick and thorough, and everyone was very kind. They took care of our baby with compassion and prescribed her the medication that helped her get over her symptoms quickly. Animal Hospital of Pensacola is the one place we take our kitties for the best care. Thank you Dr. Seth, and the rest of the staff at Animal Hospital of Pensacola, for being an important part of our babies' lives!

After a horrible experience with another local vet clinic off Bauer Rd we decided to get a second opinion. AHP was recommended by another vet clinic and I am so happy we went. Our pup who had been diagnosed with only arthritis and a UTI, and us knowing better, was further diagnosed with a large mass consuming 50% of his chest cavity. Dr Straw was incredibly professional and articulate when explaining the findings. He put forth a plan for quality of life and unfortunately the outlook was bleak. Ranger has since made a pretty impressive come back and we are still blessed to have him. Not without the diagnosis of the amazing staff at AHP though. You all have secured clients for life with us. Thank you so much for everything you have done for Ranger and for our family.

Took my dog in for a check up and they found a dime sized mass on his gums so we set a surgery up for the next week. Bring him in the next week like normal assuming they are gonna take the small mass off his gums and was told it should be an easy procedure. I get him back and he's got 6-7 stitches ON HIS LEFT REAR SIDE. Once again, this was scheduled as a removal for a small mass (the called it a gingival mass) on his gums. Obviously, I am questioning what the heck is going on and they said well we removed the mass. (My dog has had a small bump on that area his whole life since a puppy. THIS HOSPITAL has checked it 3/4 different times and said it was benign and no reason to remove it but yet they removed it in this surgery) I NEVER HAD ANY DISCUSSION WHAT SO EVER ABOUT REMOVING THAT BUMP ON HIS SIDE. My response was the mass was supposed to be removed on his gums. And basically I got a I'm sorry we messed up but we removed the one on his gums as well... do they just start cutting on any area with a bump? Now instead of an easy 1 day recovery my 8 year old dog will be wearing a cone and be given pain meds for the next week or two for something that should have NEVER happened. The doctor didn't come talk to me nor the manager. I was told I would be called in the morning. 6-7 STITCHES when it was supposed to be a small surgery. (They described the removal on his gums as we will just scrap it right off no problem) When I got a call from them all I got was a whole bunch of I’m sorrys. Absolutely horrific situation 100% caused by negligence. They call it a miscommunication, I call a careless error.
I read your response. Haley called me the next day and I spoke with her for about 10 minutes. Nothing was done to remedy the situation but more apologies. But I 100% spoke with Haley. Sounds like more miscommunication on your side.

We were really worried about our cat Obi. He had been throwing up a lot for about 24 hours and they ran X-rays to make sure it wasn't a foreign body and gave him some medicine to help him. The medicine and care worked so well that the next day, he ran outside and scaled a tree chasing a squirrel which is something he has never done before. We really are grateful for their help in making our Obi feel much better!

If I could give these people no stars I would. Let me start of by saying I understand you need to run a business etc.
However, how could you people look at a dog who is seizing for an extended period of time and not give some sort of relief without paying 3k up front. Not only did they let my dog SUFFER. They told us we were best to put her down. This was after a “half assed “ evaluation and conversation about what was happenening. Again, while my dog was seizing! Refused to give relief without a 3k down payment. When they have done 0 diagnosing to make 3k make sense to treat her. What really pisses me off is I had a friend who more recently went to them in an emergency situon where their animal wa having a seizure and they gave them the same bullshit. Difference is, we put our dog down because they made us think that was the only way.i wish I could've done things differently and bright her back home to try other things. That's what my friends did with their dog that they even suggested to put down without a proper evaluation. They took their dog home after no treatment from theseawful people and their dog is FINE now. All back to normal. This place needs to be investigated.

I had one of the best experiences at this clinic. I was seen on time for my appointment and the staff working there were very friendly and patient with my cat. They state they are a “fear free” clinic and I absolutely love that for my anxious cat.

Great experience. They did an excellent job taking care of our dog on the weekend when our normal vet was closed. Reasonable prices and excellent care
