Animal Hospital of Beulah

We have only been to the Beulah hospital a couple of times, but just this past week we suffered the unexpected loss of our beloved dog Kona. I will admit I was a basketcase, but the staff at Beulah was incredibly patient and sympathetic and kind. It was a real struggle that day, but Dr. Ladue in particular took time out after she'd left for the day to call and check in on us. But what's more, was just yesterday we received a condolence card...but it wasn't informal...no...everyone on the staff had written a note of sympathy, and they included a card with a nose print and paw prints. It was a heartwarming touch that my wife and I won't forget. These are good people.

My dog needed a Bordetela shot before we could board her. My regular vet couldn't work her in for a week and a half. I contacted the Beulah animal hospital and they gladly worked me in in 2 days. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and efficient.

My 19-year-old cat was passing. I called the Animal Hospital of Beulah on 9 mile road and asked them if I could bring her in immediately and they could put her down because I did not want her to be in pain. They said yes. I arrived at the office I placed my cat who was wrapped in towels on the table. The technician comes in, has me fill out all this paperwork and leaves, 10 to 15 minutes later. Then comes back and says well let’s take care of the bill right now. I thought that was extremely cold and insensitive. I said no I’ll pay for it after we take care of my cat I was very upset that she was in pain. Then after another waiting 15 minutes. Someone finally came in and they started the procedure. I then brought my cat out to the car put my cat who had already deceased into my car. I then got my purse out of the car and walked back in the office. I overheard the girls in the office complaining I didn’t pay. I thought that was extremely unprofessional and insensitive and a horrible bedside manner. I had just gone through the passing of a family pet that I’ve had in my family for 19 years, the staff. . I thought was rude unprofessional…..Never while I go back there again.

Dr. Ladue and Dr. G went above and beyond for my cat when she got sick. Their care and attentiveness was amazing. She is thankfully feeling much better.

This was my first visit as Peanut and I just moved here. I was really please with the care Peanut received. All my questions/concerns were addressed. The doctor and staff took time to get to know Peanut and they also took extra time to let Peanut get to know them as she is a very anxious girl. My sister comes here with her 3 dogs and kitty (we call him the Orange dog as he acts like a dog) and she highly recommended Animal Hospital of Beulah. Great recommendation!

These guys have been trained well. Plus they are so friendly.

They take their time to serve and analyze the situation .very helpful staff and very clean hospital

I appreciate Dr. Cornett and his staff. He has an old fashion style of animal care. He treats the pets and owners right!
