I have used Air Design Systems for years and cannot say enough good about them! Today is Sunday and my AC went out. I called them and Mike Heff was able to come out right away, which was fantastic because I’m a caregiver for my stepdad who just went into the hospital. I cannot say enough good about Mike! He took care of the problem right away, as well as giving me some advice on other things I could do to help prolong the life of my system. I first began using Air Design Systems in 2018, when I had a major water pipe leak, and was caring for my mom who was in hospice at home at the time. Heff was our technician for the preventative maintenance of the system at our office for Jackson Hewitt on Mobile Hwy. Very professional! He explained what he was going to do so that the preparers were aware that while testing the system that it could get hot or cold. Great service! Thank you

We just had Air Design out to do a preventative maintenance and Mike H (Heff) did an extremely thorough and excellent job! I appreciate all the time he took to explain things and he checked everything meticulously. I would definitely ask for him again. He has a very calm demeanor and is friendly.
