Donn Pulsifer is an outstanding tech, he not only fixes the issues he's been called out for but he has also gone above and beyond with any project he does. He shows up on time even sometimes faster. He's very detail oriented and also follows up once the job is completed to make sure that everything is still functioning as it should even when he's not required. He's the best tech I've ever dealt with in my five years of using Air Designs Plumbing department. Thank you Donn for being a great guy all the way around!
