In every business there will always be unsatisfied customer. I am not one of those. I am a quality engineer and very detailed so I evaluate not only the current housing builder, Adams Homes, but also other builders work that I have seen in my development and others near me. Overall I don't believe you can beat the construction, floor plan, quality, and price of Adams homes. Yes, there are always opportunities to improve and I do understand why people have isolated concerns with their home. But truly, look around at other neighborhoods. I believe you will discover you made a good decisions. I have had a couple of minor concerns but Adams addressed them quickly. This is my first Adams home and I moved from out of state so I have no bias for Adams other than what i have stated in this review.
