Seeing negative replies is amazing. I have nothing but good to say about this companyWe entered into an agreement to purchase and the home was almost complete in May of 2023.As we were moving from CA we had a professional inspector go over everything on the home in High Springs Fl.He raved about the cooperation and stated their representative was extremely helpful and the quality was outstanding.The inspector motto was a new house everything need to be perfect. Everything he found was minor but immediately Adams said we will fix everything. There was a small wrinkle in the carpet which I believed could be kicked out but the Adams rep said they want to prevent future issued...read full review
