I have been coming to this establishment for over a year and have never had a bad service experience. Today I went to May and this was my first time getting serviced by her. It was terrible. Highly don’t recommend. When I get my nails done, I am going for my self-care time, and I was robbed of that experience with her. She started playing her music out loud and very loud and when I asked to turn it down a little bit, she was upset and said that she will turn it off with attitude. Then she started putting the wrong tips on my finger. When I asked her to use a different tips she asked if I wanted to teach her how to do my nails thinking she meant how I like my nails...read full review

My daughter has been talking about how amazing Cyber Nails is so today I brought both of us. I had Timmy who did amazing almond shape dip with a beautiful pink color and my daughter got acrylic square with french in a beautiful design. We are very happy.

Jacky did an amazing job on my husband’s manicure and pedicure! He was very happy with the service he received. She also took the time to fix two of my nails that weren’t wrapped properly by another nail technician I had gone to the week before. I really appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to help. She was kind, professional, and made sure everything looked perfect. We will definitely be back and highly recommend booking with Jacky!
