“This was my first time ever receiving physical therapy, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The only exposure I’d ever had was watching my mom receive PT at home years ago, which is very different from this experience.

I’ve been coming three days a week, and it honestly feels like having a personal trainer who truly understands the body. The team is helping me rebuild strength in my core because, for someone as young as I am, I couldn’t even stand for more than 10 minutes without my lower back feeling like it was on fire. No accidents, no falls—just years of sitting too much while working remotely.

The staff is incredibly pleasant, welcoming, and supportive. One thing I really appreciate is that the doctor is hands-on and present on the floor. He’s not tucked away in an office—he’s engaging with patients, helping out, changing linens, and consistently greeting both staff and patients with respect and integrity. That level of involvement really speaks volumes about the culture here.
