I am so happy that I came to SHE Physical Therapy. Dr. Lauren and her staff are exceptional. In addition to helping me with my pelvic floor issues they also helped improve and relieve pain that I had been battling. They are highly knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. I started postpartum PT with Dr. Lauren Dela Cruz in April, and now in June I can honestly say I feel SO much better. We’ve been focusing on rebuilding and strengthening my body postpartum, along with working on my C-section scar, and the difference has been incredible.
One of the things I appreciate most is how supportive and baby friendly SHE PT is. Being able to bring my daughter to my sessions makes such a difference as a mom. She also offers Mommy & Me classes, which not only help reinforce what we work on during PT, but also create such a welcoming space to connect with other moms in the area.
