I did the virtual check in and it was very helpful. I only had to sign 1 document upon arrival. Staff was very nice and attentive. Nurse Reggie in particular was very caring, and had a gentle approach to the Covid test (which I really appreciated, I wish everyone used whatever technique that was). I was in and out of the urgent care in 40 mins.Thank you!

Friendly and nice people! Once I got to the triage it was fast. Wait time in the lobby was slightly longer than expected with only me in there. But overall clean and friendly environment.

The front desk there Iro, was super resourceful to help me and the MA there that helped me out was Andrea was super kind. With the doctor the Samantha, they are an amazing team with incredible service!
