Everyone was so nice and helpful. The front desk lady Latishea immediately catered to me and was super quick and so sweet. When I met Vanessa and Dr. Coll they were super nice and attentive to my issue and also funny too! This is my second time coming here and the staff is just amazing!
I visited Memorial Urgent Care because I had a sore throat. I arrived at 9am when they opened and I was finished by 10am. Latishea at the front desk greeted me with a smile. I was promptly seen by Nurse Sarah who was kind, nurturing and joyful. I waited for about 5 minutes and the Dr. Coll came, gave me my diagnosis, explained to me what I had and the medication I needed to take. He was also so very kind. I HIGHLY recommend this Urgent Care, they truly stand out amongst all others for their quick service and outstanding treatment of their patients.
Faith, was exceptional in receiving me when came through the front door. Dr. Coll provided a good explanation why I was running fever fighting an infection. My total time was 1 hour instead going to the ED.
