The services offered really helped my body to feel a sense of calm rejuvenation. As a runner, the compression boots relaxation station helped me not only to feel a sense of being taken care of by the staff but also made my legs and feet feel an incredible sense of relief as the compression and compression release worked to help encourage circulation.
The full body circulation and lymphatic drainage station was a unique treat. It felt really nice to have your whole body shake/vibrate without any physical effort. I felt nice and loose afterwards.

Left The Health Pod feeling refreshed and like a new woman! I loved the infared sauna and the back + neck massager. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming also. 10/10 experience and I will be coming back very soon.
Shane was awesome! Came in worried about previous visits with other providers and Shane assured me not to worry that he would help me get to the bottom of what I was feeling. Went through the services and practices and I was super impressed with his knowledge and recommendations. Happy I found Health POD!
