If you have any ailment, Stretch Zone is a game changer. After my heart transplant, my hips were almost useless from lying in bed for so long. I completed 11 months of intense therapy provided by the Memorial Health Care System. At this point, my hips needed a lot more attention. Within three months of stretching, Becky Moreno had me back in the gym and dancing Salsa.
Thank you, SS & Becky, for all you do. 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
