We brought my 80-year-old father-in-law in to see Darlean, and I can’t say enough about the kindness, compassion, and professionalism she showed. He has dementia and Parkinson’s, and Darlean treated him with such genuine care and respect. It truly meant the world to us! She gave him a full VIP experience: a great haircut, a beard trim, a relaxing scalp massage, and a warm towel treatment that left him feeling refreshed and cared for. Beyond her skills as a stylist, it was her warmth and patience that stood out the most.
