Prompt courteous service. The staff smiled and greeted us and showed us back to a room pretty quick. The nurse that took my daughter’s vitals was quick and witty with my teenage daughter which I appreciated. I definitely will return if we need to.
We visited PrimeHealth Urgent Care in Parrish while we were in town visiting family and needed care for our 4-year-old. We saw Andrew Chaney, PA-C, and he was absolutely amazing with our child. He made us feel so comfortable that I completely forgot we were not at a pediatric urgent care.
Parenting is already hard enough, especially when you are away from home, so finding an urgent care that treated us with the same care and attention as our own doctors back home meant so much. Thank you for making our visit such a smooth and positive experience.
I was there on a Friday late afternoon for a workers comp injury. I was confused and the woman at the front desk explained everything and Andrew was exceptional. Never had a bad experience.
