The staff is friendly and personable, it's evident they care and are passionate about assisting in recovery. Erika was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand and gave me a print out for home that I could easily follow. I am currently recovering from a right knee replacement and will be seeking to return here when I get the left one done.
Carrie, Erika, Charlie, and Sharon are all very knowledgeable in what they do. Sharon was my primary therapist and she was very patient and safely conscious when working with me. My right knee experienced intermittent positional pain of unknown origin and the goal was to strengthen my knee ligaments and tendons to maintain alignment while weight bearing. The pain is still a mystery, but I did notice a more stable knee from the specific exercises. If you want results then trust the team at Fitness Quest.
