“I do like this place - but there's a but. First, it's bright and airy, we're not squished together, the manicurists are cheerful and seem happy, and I like their work. I've been there many a time, very convenient for me and online booking is easy. But - it's more expensive than many other places, to the point of nickel and diming. There is a LOT of upselling from the manicurist whose work I like, and while it looks clean....it's not that clean. There is always, no matter when I come, a good layer of nail dust and other random vacuumable stuff on the floor and on the nail dryers, wrist supports, chairs and more. I've had to ask for a towel or for the items to be wiped down, but maybe each area could have a microfiber towel and mini-vac nearby for quick touchups between clients? They do work at a quick pace but how long would that take? It would definitely enhance the experience.“
