I’ve been using Anchor Property Inspections since I bought my home over 12 years ago. Every interaction with this business has been 5/5. They’re friendly, accommodating, easy to work with, and will answer questions and offer support well beyond the initial inspection. We just had a re-inspection done last year for our homeowners insurance and were able to save over $4,000 on our premium thanks to this report.

I had an excellent experience with Anchor Property Inspection. From calling to book the inspection with Melinda to having the inspection done by Emilio it was a professional experience all the way. I've purchased many homes over my many years and this level of service is what you should expect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants or needs an inspection.

Detailed report, professional and informative. Thanks to our inspector, we were able to find items that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. We did not end up purchasing this house but will be calling Anchor for the next one!
