For various insurance reasons including home purchases and installation of a new roof, we've had to have several inspections on our home to produce Wind Mitigation reports and for other reasons. The last couple of times we did this we hired Jared Nelson of Florida State Home Inspectors and we could not be more pleased. Jared is very professional and responsive and was able to come out the day after our request and product a full detailed report just the way we need it with 24 hours.
