Specifically did not decide to rent a home with this company because of their pathetic scare tactics. On our way to visit a property we were interested in, the realtor called us to let us know another tenant was interested and at the office ready to sign if we do not sign immediately. The house ended up sitting on the market for several weeks. They were uninterested in being flexible about a move in date, and ended up losing what would have been a month's worth of rent at minimum if they had worked with us. Awful renter experience.

We just had an appalling experience with Ms Hale there. She lies-a lot. Surely you can find someone, almost anyone to treat you and your home sale better. I would hate to see anyone else go through what we’ve gone through or be treated as we were treated.

I am forced to give a 1 star. They deserve a 0.
The most worthless management company. Could not rent it, sat empty for weeks, I have a friend go to rent the property and find out why. It went freakin bad. Lawsuit bad.

Drop these people like a bad habit. In fact, run away.
